Returns & Refunds Policy
14-Day Returns:
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags must still be attached
- If the item was supplied with original packaging (box, bag, etc.), it must be returned with that packaging
- Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage
Shoe boxes are not guaranteed. If footwear was supplied without a box, a box is not required for returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:
- Wholesale bundles (no returns or refunds accepted)
- Items marked as final sale (if applicable)
- Items returned in a used, worn, or damaged condition
How to Request a Return:
- Email downbadstore@hotmail.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Return instructions will be provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible.
We will cover return postage and offer a replacement or full refund.
Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Payment Methods:
We accept and refund payments made via:
- Card
- PayPal
- Klarna (refunds are processed through Klarna and may affect your payment plan)
