Returns & Refunds Policy

14-Day Returns:

 

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return:


  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags must still be attached
  • If the item was supplied with original packaging (box, bag, etc.), it must be returned with that packaging
  • Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage



Shoe boxes are not guaranteed. If footwear was supplied without a box, a box is not required for returns.



Non-Returnable Items:

The following items cannot be returned:


  • Wholesale bundles (no returns or refunds accepted)
  • Items marked as final sale (if applicable)
  • Items returned in a used, worn, or damaged condition




How to Request a Return:

  1. Email downbadstore@hotmail.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Return instructions will be provided



Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.



Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible.

We will cover return postage and offer a replacement or full refund.



Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

We accept and refund payments made via:


  • Card
  • PayPal
  • Klarna (refunds are processed through Klarna and may affect your payment plan)
